We are available year round to assist you and answer your questions. Many questions our clients have arise after April 15th. Questions about retirement, sale of land, inheritances, deductions, estimated tax payments and pension rollovers, are some of the typical questions we field.
OUR TEAM
Leon Greenslit, CPA, Owner
Leon graduated from Morton High School. He was in the class of 1956 at St Olaf College and graduated with an Economics degree. He started farming with his family in 1945 in the wheat fields of Oklahoma. Custom combining was a family affair and continued, following the harvest northeast to Minnesota, until 1956.
His corporate career in accounting, finance, and controlling, started in 1956 at Honeywell. He continued increasing his business experiences and expertise by working at a feed company in Green Isle, then Control Data. At Control Data he was the international controller, travelling world wide. In 1976 he became the controller of a start up company, Network Systems. He officially retired from a time clock in 1986, continuing working on taxes, accounting, farming, and other miscellaneous projects. He now lives in Olivia, Minnesota and spends some of the cold months in Brownsville, Texas.
Leon and Gordy Tulberg started Green T accounting in 1961, both working part time. The business grew well and Leon spends much of his time in March and April in Mound at the office.
Many Mound organizations have benefited from his volunteering and leadership. He has been a member of the Jaycees, the WRA (Westonka Recreational Association) Board of Directors, and the Hennepin County Animal Humane Society Board of Directors. As part of the Animal Humane Society, he traveled to Beaumont, Texas to rescue animals after Hurricane Rita in 2005. He currently is part of the Gillespie Center Board of Directors and the Lions Club.
David Greenslit, CPA, Owner
David graduated from Mound Westonka High School and the University of Minnesota with an Accounting degree. He has lived most of his life in Mound and has been working on income taxes since 1989. He has been the Treasurer of the Westonka Recreational Association for many years.
